Dates Balsamic Vinegar
Dates Balsamic Vinegar
Date balsamic vinegar is characterized by its dark brown color, which makes it resemble the well-known Modena vinegar, and its acid and gently sweet taste. It is a bright liquid with golden nuances, very different from white vinegar made of grapes, whose origin is in the Middle East (Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia) and whose processing dates from several millennia.
In fact, its balsamic appeal refers to its use in Antiquity as a remedy against the pains caused by rheumatism. At present, its main use is gastronomic, being used as an accompaniment to grilled meats and to salad dressing.
